LIGHTING

Lighting or illumination is the application of light to achieve some aesthetic or practical effect. Lighting includes the use of both artificial light sources such as electric lamps and natural illumination of interiors using sunlight. Proper lighting can enhance task performance or aesthetics, while there can be energy wastage and adverse health effects if the lighting is poorly designed.

Lighting is done with the help of lighting fixtures and lighting lamps. Lighting Fixtures are electrical devices used to create light. Lighting lamp is the bulb or the replaceable part of the light fixture which converts electricity into light.
